Hardware

A&E uses a variety of hardware insertion machines, and stocks a wide range of PEM and many other manufacturer’s parts and materials to facilitate quick turnaround. Over the course of our 40+ years in business, we have an extensive relationship with material suppliers and distributors, both nationally and internationally.

Among our array of insertion machines is our computer assisted insertion machine, which we use to minimize missed hardware in your most difficult parts. Our computer assisted machine gives a visual guide through the insertion process. Part images are displayed on the computer touch screen, where each fastener position of the part is displayed with a color-coded flashing dot. This virtually eliminates any possibility of missing a fastener or inserting one in the incorrect location

Assembly

Our assembly department is fully equipped and has the ability to handle all of your assembly needs including: sub assemblies, riveted assemblies, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
